Insurances & Payment
Welcome to Nomad Acupressure! We are delighted to offer our services to those seeking alternative healthcare options. At Nomad Acupressure, we understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to insurance coverage. That's why we gladly accept out-of-network insurances such as BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and United Health Care. We aim to make your experience as seamless as possible by providing superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, we accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) payments, enabling you to utilize pre-tax dollars for our services. Our dedicated team is committed to providing high-quality care while ensuring that the insurance and payment process is hassle-free for our valued clients.
At Nomad Acupressure, our priority is to ensure that healthcare is easily accessible and convenient for our patients. To accommodate various insurance needs, we accept a wide range of plans, including out-of-network coverage, for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology and Massage Therapy services. You'll be pleased to know that we work with renowned insurance providers such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and United Healthcare. For those with out-of-network coverage, we offer a helpful service called a Superbill. This detailed receipt can be submitted to your insurance provider, allowing you to seek reimbursement for the services rendered. It's important to note that the amount reimbursed may vary based on your specific insurance plan.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) &
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Flexible Spending Account (FSA): You can conveniently use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology services without requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to cover eligible medical expenses, including treatments at Nomad Acupressure.
Health Savings Account (HSA): We gladly accept payments made through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for our Acupuncture & Chinese Herbology services without requiring a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account that allows you to set aside funds for medical expenses. You can utilize your HSA to pay for our services.
For Massage Therapy services, a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is required for FSA and HSA reimbursement. Please consult with your healthcare provider to obtain the necessary documentation for your FSA or HSA reimbursement for Massage Therapy.
Card, Cash & Venmo
At Nomad Acupressure, we prioritize convenience when it comes to payment methods. To ensure a seamless experience, we offer a variety of options for your convenience:
Credit Cards: We gladly accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can easily use your preferred credit card to settle your payment securely.
Debit Cards: If you prefer to use your debit card, as long as it carries a Visa or Mastercard logo, you can conveniently make payments with it at our facility.
Cash: We accept cash payments directly at our office for those who prefer this traditional payment method.
In addition to these choices, we are delighted to offer the option of Venmo as well. Venmo provides a convenient and secure way for you to make payments using your mobile device. Simply link your Venmo account, and you can effortlessly complete your payment.
It's important to note that payment is typically due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free and flexible payment process, ensuring your utmost comfort and satisfaction throughout your experience at Nomad Acupressure.
